My Virtually will install secure remote access tools to be able to provide dedicated support to the end user device, anti-virus and patch management will also be enabled, patches are pushed each Wednesday to devices left online from 19:00PM GMT. Managed Anti-virus will be installed and you will receive unlimited monthly support up to 60 minutes each incident, time thereafter will be billed at our hourly rate of £90.00 per hour. This service includes setting up new devices and ensuring all necessary software is installed. Health check reports can be sent daily weekly or monthly, or never.
